Welcome to TeamAttend ("the Website"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, roster tracking features, and attendance coordination tools. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access the attendance tracking features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify team administration if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Website.

2. Permitted Use & Purpose

TeamAttend is designed exclusively to facilitate sports team administration, practice/game availability tracking, and team roster management. You agree not to use the service to:

• Exfiltrate, scrape, or harvest roster information or contact information of team members.
• Use the web app for any commercial marketing or unauthorized third-party communication.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our backend systems or Google Firebase infrastructure.

3. User Content & Attendance Data

You retain ownership of any information you submit (such as attendance status or player availability updates). However, by submitting information, you grant TeamAttend authorized administrators the right to view, aggregate, and utilize this data for seasonal logistics, scheduling, and standard club operations.

4. Backend & Platform Services

This application is hosted using Google Firebase. Your experience and data storage are subject to the uptime, technical stability, and terms of service provided by Google Firebase. We provide this application on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis and make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted platform service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamAttend and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data arising out of or connected with your use or inability to use this team management web platform.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your account or block your access to the web application if we determine you have violated these Terms or have left the organization.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
