Yes! The Free plan is available for coaches and contains everything essential to manage team admin scheduling. Create schedules, and collect general attendance check-ins. Parent accounts are free and included.
Do parents need to pay for an account?
Parent accounts are free and included with every plan. Parents do not need to pay for a plan. The paid plan tiers are offered based on the needs for team coaches.
How do the automated email reminders work?
Once you are on a Pro or Club plan, TeamAttend uses the validated email addresses to nudge parents who haven't responded yet. Then alert you to last-minute session absences, and adjust schedule attendance automatically.
Can I upgrade an entire club multi-team directory?
Absolutely. The Club plan handles multiple coaches and teams. It automatically grants full premium access to every coach registered with the Club account.
Can I switch back to the free plan at any point?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription renewals at any time. Your team records will safely transition back down to the core features tier without any risk of database file losses.
How do I get sponsors on my custom club dashboard?
TeamAttend does not provide sponsors for your club. First, make sure you have communicated with your sponsor partner. Then log into your TeamAttend Dashboard as an admin to upload the image file of your sponsor.
